投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1) those who come from the People's Republic of China or with the People's Republic of the normal trade between countries or regions of the legal person or other organizations to participate in bidding, the bidder shall have legal business scope, conform to the law of the People's Republic of China government procurement law article 22 on the supplier's requirements;
2) the state policy stipulates that the medical instrument registration certificate of the People's Republic of China and the registration form of medical devices shall be of the same;
3) if the tender applicant agent, should have medical equipment management enterprise license or medical device registration certificate, issued by the manufacturer for the objective of the special power of attorney (original same manufacturers products, if the manufacturers to participate in bidding, it can no longer be authorized agent to participate in bidding; If the agent takes part in the tender, the same manufacturer can only issue a letter of authorization.
4) if the legal representative participates in the bid, the business license and the legal representative resident identity card shall be provided; If the legal representative authorizes the person to participate in the bid, he shall provide the legal representative's authorization letter and the resident identity card and social security certificate or labor contract of the authorized person;
5) this project does not accept bids from the consortium.
Note: a copy of the original certificate and a copy of the official seal of the bidder shall be provided for the registration.
